What time is check in and check out?
Check in time starts from 14:00 and check out time is till 12:00
Is late check out possible?
Sure, late check out is possible but it depends on availability. Surcharge might be applied
Is reception open for 24 hours?
Yes, reception service is available 24 hours
Is there a storage for luggage?
Yes, we will store your luggage for free
Do you have parking?
24 hours secure parking is 5 minutes from our hotel. We have a parking card at the reception. The price is 300,- CZK/night. It is not necessary to make a reservation before
Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?
Yes, pets are most welcome. There is a daily charge of € 12
Breakfast time
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 – 10:30 o’clock
Can you offer special diet for breakfast?
Of course, we will prepare your special diet on request (gluten free bread, muesli, soya milk...)
Do you sell tickets for public transportation?
Yes, we have basic tickets for 30 min, price is 24 CZK
Do you have wi-fi?
Of course, high speed wi-fi internet is available for free
Is there an air conditioner in the room?
All rooms are air conditioned with own control.
Do you have some smoking rooms?
Rooms are NO smoking. It is possible to smoke on the terrace or balconies
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Euro/Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club
In which currencies can I pay at the hotel and is there foreign currency exchange as well?
We accept payments either in Czech crowns or in Euros. In the vicinity of the hotel there are several banks where you can safely exchange your money
What are your cancellation terms?
Offers and special rates may have different cancellation terms, therefore we ask you to read it carefully during the booking process
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, this service is for surcharge
